Ftn11 Malaysia Platform Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", or "You") and ftn11 ("Platform", "We", or "ftn11"). This Agreement governs your use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by ftn11.

Your continued use of the ftn11 platform following any amendments to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the latest version of this agreement. We therefore encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Ftn11 reserves the right to amend, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, except as specifically stated in this agreement. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the ftn11 platform.

2. Member Eligibility

To register and use the ftn11 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years old or have reached the legal age permitted for gambling in your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher.
• Not currently listed on any recognised responsible gambling self-exclusion programme.
• Must have full legal capacity to enter into a valid and binding agreement.
• Not registering on behalf of a third party or assuming that you are permitted to register on behalf of any other individual.
• Not being an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an individual directly involved in the operations of ftn11.
• Using the ftn11 platform for personal entertainment purposes only and not for any commercial or fraudulent purpose.

Ftn11 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any stage. Accounts may be suspended pending completion of verification. If verification fails or the information provided is found to be false, ftn11 reserves the right to close the account and withhold any funds subject to further investigation.

3. Registration and Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the ftn11 platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of remaining funds.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number. The information provided at registration must match your official identity documents.

Ftn11 implements a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of our commitment to platform security and regulatory compliance. You may be required to submit the following verification documents:

• A valid copy of your identity card (MyKad) or passport
• Proof of current residential address (bank statement or utility bill dated within the last 3 months)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for the deposit
• Any additional information requested by the ftn11 compliance team

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. ftn11 will never request your password under any circumstances. All activity carried out through your account is your responsibility, unless it can be proven that unauthorised access occurred without any negligence on your part.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Ftn11 supports a wide range of payment methods popular among Malaysian users, including FPX, online banking, e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay, and approved crypto assets. All financial transactions on ftn11 are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

All withdrawal requests are subject to standard security checks. ftn11 reserves the right to request additional document verification before approving withdrawals that exceed certain thresholds or for accounts that have not completed the full KYC process.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

Ftn11 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. Each bonus offer is subject to the specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotions page. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once only per user, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the valid bonus period specified. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute between 10% and 50%.
• Ftn11 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or violation of the bonus terms.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash until the wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Ftn11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

Ftn11 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and fraud-free gaming environment for all members. All games on the ftn11 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) independently audited by internationally recognised certification bodies.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ftn11 platform and may result in immediate account closure:

• Use of automation software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to play or manage your account.
• Any form of player cooperation to manipulate game outcomes (collusion).
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of VPNs, proxies, or other methods to conceal your true location in order to bypass regional restrictions.
• Any action that ftn11 deems to be an attempt to launder money through the platform.
• Placing opposing hedging bets across different accounts to guarantee artificial wins.

In the event of a dispute regarding game results, the ftn11 server system records will be considered final and conclusive evidence. Should a technical disruption occur during a game session, ftn11 will exercise reasonable discretion to resolve the situation fairly for all parties.

7. Account Security and Data Protection

Ftn11 uses 256-bit SSL encryption technology to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Your personal and financial information is stored in a secure environment and accessed only by authorised personnel for legitimate operational purposes.

You are responsible for:

• Not sharing your account login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a shared device.
• Notify ftn11 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Ensuring that your registered email address and phone number remain active and up to date.

Your personal information is processed in accordance with Privacy Policy ftn11. We do not sell, rent, or disclose your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent, unless required by law.

8. Account Suspension, Closure and Termination

Ftn11 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account, and to withhold or return the associated funds, for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision under these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, collusion, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the specified timeframe.
• Instructions from legal or law enforcement authorities.
• Requests arising from a recognised responsible gaming self-exclusion programme.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the ftn11 customer support team. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all required security checks have been completed.

9. Liability Limits and Disclaimer of Responsibility

The ftn11 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ftn11 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

Ftn11 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from service disruptions, technical issues or system failures beyond our reasonable control.
• Actions or omissions by third parties including game software providers, payment processors, or internet service providers.
• Indirect, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary losses even if ftn11 has been notified of the possibility of such losses.
• Game outcomes resulting from incorrect information provided by the user themselves.

Ftn11's total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

10. Amendments and Applicable Law

Ftn11 reserves the right to review and amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any material amendments will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except in circumstances requiring immediate amendment for security or legal reasons.

Your continued use of the ftn11 platform after the effective date of any amendment will be deemed as your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amendments, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your remaining funds before the changes take effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with procedures established by ftn11.
